  W5E is a dual wall, heat shrinkable, non-flame retarded synthetic elastomer
  tubing with a hot-melt adhesive lined wall. Looks and feels like high
  quaility rubber.
  W5E is recommended to provide protection against fluids and corrosion such
  as occurs on battery cables or bimetallic joints and for general mechanical
  and environmental protection. Perfect for tool handles, for grips on bikes &
  sports equipment. Awesome!
